First established in in 1977 as The Machine Shop. 
Began in 1600 sq.ft facility as a one-man shop.
Established to serve needs of farming, ranching and oil service industries.

Operated for 40 years under same owner and Manager

Purchased by current owner in May 2017
Manager and machinists remained with current owner after purchase.
